I changed the IAC valve but my santro race is not normal

Slam gurus. I have santro club 2004 model. I have one issue

My car battery became faulty and I changed with Volta 50 ampare which don't require water refilling. But now the car stops when I leave race, I dont know maybe race setting is changed or battery issue as before that it was perfect.

The issue is with the Jain in RPM sensor. Make smaller holes in the Jain. It will be fine.

Making a "JAIN/JAN" watever u call is pretty easy. Take a small cardboard paper, even tissue box or in my case i used milk paks box and used a scissor to cut it and made holes a bitt smaller and placed it back. Working like a charm. Yes, bigger holes mean more race and small holes will result in low race. Give it a try, it only requires a 8 number key for opening of screws and a card board type thick sheet. Its a simple task so adjust holes as per ur liking for the race

Santro car 1 problem ay rahi hai aghar ham choke sensor wire sensor sa disconnect karta hn gari started ho rahi ha or jasahi hi connecter lagha raha hn gari band ho rahi ha .... problem kiya ho ghi

Wiring test karna ki koi easily tariqa multiple meter sa...

i think u can trace out the related pin outs on the ECU and check connectivity using a probe or multi meter.
I mean if the wire ending in the sensor grip has proper connectivity till the ECU means its okay.
meanwhile u can borrow a working choke sensor and confirm if there is issue in sensor or wiring.
