Guys my santro throwing white smoke with a very noxious smell but not reducing engine oil...

Saadat Bhai,. Just give your best suggestion for newly completed overhaul Engine.

1. When 1st Engine Oil will be changed and brand which grade & API . 20-50 , 10-40. API/SJ or API/SM.
2. How much running must necessary for overhaul.
3. I kept radiator fan in Direct position.
4. 1st engine oil is Enoc API/sj used.
5. After 350km running, in oil few great colour particular seen.

bhai jan SAE 20W-50 API SG grade oil is good for overhaul engine
1000 km running is good after overhauling of engine
1st engine oil after overhauling should be changed around 800km

my santro gives tuk tuk sound when i take right extreme turn on unblance road turn..what could be the prolbum is it goda sound ?

definitely it should be a Axel noise problem but ,but please confirm me that this sound only comes on unbalance road than also check the suspension bolts especially engine gadrie bolts as well and if it comes on plain road as well then it must be Axel sound

its most probably the wiring issue in you car and if there is any other issue than u should checked your car from computer it will let u know the problem in history of car codes

There are some important information required from you to sort out your problem

1) how may days/months/years you r using this car
2) When this problem occur
3) Have u overhaul your car engine recently
4) Have u changed the oil grade on recent oil change
5) How much surety u have that u have changed the engine oil and it is genuine
6) Before throwing with smoke does you car gets heated few days back or recently

computer checking fee is 300 mostly and very sorry i dont know any good electric person or mechanic in Faisalabad

but why my santro giving only 11km/L ...i use very light foot while driving...also oil change and tunning always done on time...it is pure petrol car never install cng..etc...

Brother, the mileage also gets affected by the tires you use and the condition of your engine, plugs, air filter etc and also how much running have you done on the engine. My Santro exec 2005 have done 100k kms and it's giving me 10-11km/ltr in city with AC full on. My compressor is weak and it puts a lot of load on the engine. So in order to get perfect mileage, your car must be in perfect condition.

i changed oil and filter on time..new plugs used in car..engine running only 30kms on odo...pure petrol car is....perfect AC but problum is mileage..brand new tires are dunlop...

Kindly suggest best engine oil viscosity and grade for Santro exec 2005 Model which engine overhaul 6 Months before for good fuel economy, reduce engine noise , and good engine life.
i am using Kixx 20 50 but engine noise is high
