Plz mujhay gari ki pick k baraye mein bhe bataien.
Jub gari ko khainchein toe pick puri rehti hai,
I think k wiring,Tp sensor aur coils mein say kise aik cheiz ka masla hai.
Agar ap k liyeah easy ho toe plug aur RPM sensor ki andar ki pics bhe send kr dein.

Walaikum salam wiring ka kya masla ho sakta hai? pick is good when car is accelerated, rpm sensor 2 years ago change kerwa tha from Sajjad motors Jail road. race sirf jab car start karo to ziada hoti hai uske baad jab car chale to theek ho jaate hai, lekin occasionally up down hoti rehte hai. Plug ki pic aur rpm sensor ki pic apko aik do din main bhej doonga. Agar car ko computer lagaye to coil tp sensor, map sensor, cam sensor ki faulty hone ka sypmtons pta chal jaye gaye? Check light to nahi on huye car abi tak.

Plz everyone take a very big advice and tip.

Never try to change or replace your engine with kabli one.
Always try to overall your engine until your car engine is totally finished.
If ur engine is totally finished crunk needs to be changed or engine is seized than replace it with only 1000cc engine, try to avoid 800cc engine as much as you can. 800cc is cheap around 22000 to 25000 but never calibrate properly with your accessories.
Because 800cc engine need less fuel pressure and and almost all sensors need to calibrate with your new engine which is impossible for most of the mechanics.
Result you people fall in more big trouble by changing new engine.

Any decent mechanic in twin cities? The car check light comes on once a week or somtimes in 2 weeks and race increases. U give 2-3 accelerators, thre is a BANG (patakha type) sound from the engine and all is good. May i knw wat can be the cause of this problem?

Bhai Jan phatakha sound is coming on petrol or CNG.?
1)Plz check your spark plugs+ coils+plug wires.(for phathakha)
2)for this high acceration and check light plz check THROTTLE POSITION sensor and its wiring grip of TP SENSOR.
INSHAALLAH your problem is resolved

Petrol not driving on CNG. Plugs replaced in December, well get the other 2 things checked. As for check engine light,TP sensor is good got it checked but it gives error after sometime. New one is around 6000 so will try to get it changed for own comfort. Thanks for ur reply btw can a broken air filter box cause any such issue?

1)Plz check your spark plugs+ coils+plug wires.(for phathakha)

If we connect EFI scanner, is it possible to know health of individual component like:
1. spark plugs
2. coils
3. plug wires

I think this way without opening any component, you will get accurate report

Hi sadat..
I have santro 2004 model.. i am facing a strange starting issue... the worst case is, i could not reproduce this issue while visiting to the mechanic, In normal condition car starts at half-sulf, ( Either engine is cold or hot)... but some times it does not start normally, then i have to press accelerator a bit only to get it start, and if i release accelerator then engine gets off .. but if i continue to press accelerator at least 30 sec... then it comes to the normal condition... This issue happen occasionally, so i could not reproduce it.. i do not know, when this issue will happen, (Cold or hot engine) ..

can anyone please tell me , what it may be the cause ???

Bhai ap ki car genuine CNG GV wali hai k baad KI CNG wali hai.
Agar coils and spark plugs cables laga kr bhe problem solve na howa toe phir bataien .
In cheizon ko purchase na kerian use coils aur wires kabli wali laaga kr pehlay problem clear kerian.
Tp price is around 2200 only used kabli grey colour Wala is original

It depends what type of scanner u r using.
You can test from your efi scanner also.

Ahmed Shb I think problem is in your throttle system .
Rpm sensor is blocked with self created gain that does not allow proper air to pass.

This is a original size of a gain that control acceleration of car properly,
Those mechanics and electrician failed to understand the system or problem will replace the original gain with this gain.

Plz never allow any of your mechanic or electrician to fix it with this type of gain.
Your will never satisfy with your car performance.

Genuine GV not converted.
Bought new airfilter box for 2100, new fuel pump for 5100. Well car will go to workshop on sunday so lets see wat happens. TP sensor new is for 5000 but not sure if its faulty or not and all parts are being purchased from lahore and work being done by fixmycar.pk. so i expect all will be well the end INSHAALLAH.
