Hy Guys! I hope you all are doing good in health.
I am posting here after getting tired from mechanics and maximum tries with my Santro Club GV 2007 Model. My car drives smoothly on very light padle but once i push padle for acceleration or on a steep it struggles very much to accelerate even it gets too heavy and don't go up than 45 Km/h speed. The issue is on both CNG and Patrol without AC & with AC, Moreover after too much struggle my car can only reach 90 KM/h Speeds on motorway but as soon as some steep road arrives it suddenly comes back to 45 to 60 KM/h and struggles too much to move. What I have done so far for the issue is given below.
- Complete ECU Scanning which shows a Cam Sensor Issue which has been changed with Genuine one Not Kabli but new
- Changed Spark Plugs from NGK to Super 4 TIP Bosch Spark Plugs
- Change Spark Plug wires with New Genuine ones Korean Made
- Change Air Filter (Hyundai Mobis Air Filter)
- Changed Oil Filter and Oil (Liqui Moly 20w-50)
- Done Complete Tuning with Tappet settings
- Changed Timing Pully and Timing belt, Adjusted the timing
- Checked Clutch Plate & Pressure Plate by mechanic which seems to be in good condition & Shows no Problem
By doing above all problem is still at its point Need serious help from experts please.

- Model 2007 Santro Club GV
- Mileage 150000 Kilometers
- Starting is Perfect on any time of the day
- No missing, No fire back
- No oil decrease from engine
- No smoke from engine
- Engine sound is good no sound from engine
- Works great on very light paddle till 60 KM/h speeds but on straight roads not on steeps
- Engine Head work has been done by previous owner
Note: I did not changed fuel injectors or fuel pump because the issue is on both CNG and Patrol so as per my assumption issue is with something else but not with fuel pump or injectors coz of issue on CNG as well.
