@janeaish thanks dear. I also observed this during last week. Kept some extra fuel in gallon with me in car and run the car to check the last point of fuel gauge needle. What i observed was, when the fuel gauge needle touches "E", the fuel indication light starts blinking. i heard from someone, that in santro, the fuel indication light starts blinking when it has almost 7 litres of fuel, and when 5 litres are left the light becomes "ON" permanently. Well, I didn't wait for it to become permanently "ON" and refueled the tank.
