my santro club 03 cylinder No.04 spark plug failed twice in 100 KMs drive. third time an electrician on my way Installed plug adapter, and told me that the rings of cylinder No.04 has failed, and due to which oil spilled over the plug and cause it to fail. due to this spill of engine oil over plug the car didn't maintained itself switched ON in CNG during idling while okay in higher gears.

Now the question is why this happens to only one cylinder? and what other parts should have had damaged so far, what kind of overhaul is need for my car's engine. thank you very much.

same happened to me recently.. so the mechanic installed an adapter and the plug did not fail. but the performance of ur car will start to degrade eventually.. Low fuel average and increased oil reduction. probably u will need to get ur rings changed anyways. I had to change the valves and the rings. the cost was around 15K. but there's quite a difference in the performance of the car! even though i've run only 500KM till now so cant give u a reliable feedback as yet.. but its so far so good..

Get rings changed as soon as possible otherwise valve seal would go bad as well

Can you please share the breakup of bill, i.e parts and labor in a post or PM? the cause of one cylinder failure, so far in my knowledge, is due to recent tappet adjustment done by a road side mechanic's chhota, immediately within few weeks I witnessed problems in car as the valve could have been bent or something like this happened. I have talked to a mechanic here in Islamabad, he told me to come on Saturday to check the car and then will let me know what parts need to be changed.

Aoa. sadatmasood10 bro my santro club steering wheel become too soft to handle. Als it tilts towards right side. It becomes difficult to handle it on bumpy roads. I have checked wheel alignment but no improvement. Kidly help.

I am also encountering similar problem with my santro. It is turning left side even after several alignments the alignment wala says there is some sort of problem with the suspension system of the car any insights ?

I am regretting by not following your instructions, and did my job from Zaheer santro specialist in I-10. everyone said that Babar is best, but I went to Zaheer, he is a thief. avoid him at any cost.

faizan bhai your sunny BRC kit installed under the dashboard of ur car gets faulty get it changed plz

nothing too big problem only suspension steering should need repairing or its ends and rack ends need to be changed
if lower arm bushes will also be changed because u got too much play and little bit ball joint need to be tightened
