Today i noticed a motion sensitive camera with two Led flashes in Johar town opposite Decent departmental store. The camera is installed in mid air bw two poles i reckon with the help of some kind of a thread and flashes nly if a car passes underneath the camera. Any idea as to who installed it ? It certainly is nothng like the ones installed in Isloo.

I also saw that today. It flashed and apparently took a picture. Saw some men working on it a few days back I thought they were installing some sort of advertisement lights. Couldn't take a picture due to traffic will do that if I get a chance.
Il do that too. Stil aint clear as to who installed those cameras, has to be our dear government but then again cameras shouldve been installed on a proper poll and all
Actually it's a very strange place for installation of such security camera. It's not a main route why not install it on Nazaria-e-Pakistan Avenue ?

Punjab Govt. has awarded contract to Huawei for security cameras installation in Lahore. May be Huawei had installed that camera for prototype testing.

@biloo today i had a similar experience but these cams r installed on a proper highway n they were flashing on each car passing through, i tried noticing the same thing for other cams on other roads but none other flashed n it was day time
