Dear, I don't think they will give self-start in their exisiting cg-125 models. We will be lucky if they give it in existing cg-125 or cg-125 deluxe models . They should adopt a policy like in the following link:
Honda launches next generation CG125 and CG150 bikes in Brazil
As written in the above link, even in Honda's 8th generation cg-125 models they are giving drum brakes with kick start. Actually there are three variations of cg-125 fan:
1) Kick Start with Front Drum brake,
2) Electric Start with Front Drum Brake
3) Electric Start with Front Disc brake
THe CG-150 seen is still un-clear. You and blueHorn would be knowing better about it. I think it would be foolish if they launch an upgraded OHV engine in the same old cg-125 design (bigger bore). With such a high fuel cost, and Yamaha getting operational in the next year, If they have foresightedness they should introduce a new OHC engine with EFI as in Honda Brazil cg-150 fan/titan. BTW both the 150cc versions have self start.
I dont think it will be a product for the masses though.
The reason why honda adapted to OHV in cg-125 from an OHC engine for third world countries can be read from the link below:
