With the help of searching key terms in this thread. I connected vacuums properly and tested diaphragms. Please correct me if wrong.
Dashpot connected with 7. It has vacuum at idle only. Dashpot pushes throttle shaft by around 1.5 mm at off engine.
Distributor vacuum advance connected to 8. It has no vacuum at idle and high vacuum at high rpms.
Hot idle bypass connected to 10. No vacuum at idle but normal vacuum at high rpms.
Hot idle bypass is leaked. I can suck air in cold engine too. Can I clean its passages with carby cleaner?. It was left open so dust maybe stuck in it.
Edit: do we need hot idle bypass for CNG?
