I cannot comment on road grip for any specific brand very well because at the moment, my Cultus is having 4 tyres of 4 Different brands
(Even 5th Tyre in Spare is also another 5th brand)
BTW one of them is Dunlop SP Touring T1 too
I want to mention that i am using Dunlop in my rear although it has better grooves than front one...Why ?
I have these tyre brands in my car:
1 x Dunlop(175/70 R13)
1 x Jinyu(175/70 R13)
1 x Euro(175/70 R13)
1 x Yokohama(175/70 R13)
Spare Wheel: General(155/80 R13)
Because my tyre wala used to fill 35 psi Air pressure in my tyres(As original steering of Cultus was too hard due to non-power streeing so after 35 psi, car driving became too smooth and comfortable) I was very happy with this trick too in which i got feel of power steering without much effort BUT THAT WAS BAD LUCK.
After 2 months, when alignment issues came, i took to Tyre shop and they informed me that although your tyres are not too old and good grooves but due to constant high pressure of 35 psi, my Dunlop and Jinyu tyres got de-shaped which is not possible to restore. I also checked myself they literally move little upwards from the middle while fortunately Yokohama & Euro did not get much damaged(Shape-wise) so they put Jinyu & Dunlop in my rear)
Due to this dis-shape, they tried different combinations by putting Dunlop & Jinyu in front but de-shaping caused my car tiliting towards 1 side
Conclusion: Never put air pressure more than 30 psi in any case. It was my mistake to use 35 psi which of course might went to 35+ during driving in summer which all caused this shape damaged.
Dunlop and Jinyu brands are fragile and if they got puncture or under/over pressure, they get deshaped very easily while Yokohama is much resistant to extreme conditions. That's my experience story
