@car.need.care Thermostat of 3 cylinder carby cultus can also be installed in Khyber. I'm using that in my Khyber. If that is available then use that. Don't put in that 88 degree centigrade one.

@hassantahir2, I made the radiator fan work auto by making some corrections in wiring. It is working accordingly, at 40% fan start and runs till 30% of temp scale.
In this manner my car engine is maintaining its temperature but need little longer to achive this when start. Can I use like this for time being.

Yes you can. This setup is much better than direct fan atleast.

88 degree centigrade one is not right for this engine.
82 degree centigrade thermostat valve must be available.
In which city you are?

Yup even in service manual they have written about 88 degree centigrade thermostat valve but PakSuzuki here gave 82 degree centigrade thermostat valve from factory also the auto fan switch is different here. It is rated at 92~93 degree centigrade while the one mentioned in service manual is a 98 degree centigrade one...

What we should do then? Stick to service manual or follow Paksuzuki? Efi cultus has 88C thermostat valve and fan turns on at 98C.

Auto fan switch wire was broken and some electrician bypass it by joining the two wires together, also added a relay for some reason and a rectifier like we have in our 70cc bikes (He maybe a scientist Don't know). Power was also drawn by coil's +ve terminal.

By correcting all the mess did by electrician, my car fan is now working auto again Alhamdulillah. Other than this wiring harness is not butchered and in very good shape like as came from factory.

Aoa. My Khyber is giving engine vibration issue since yesterday. After cold start there is some knocking sound from the engine after about 20 mins, sound reduces and engine vibrates in idling state and stalls.
The noise was there even last winter as well. Didnt give me any issue. I am driving the car since 2 months on petrol after carb cleaning and fuel filter change. Can anybody help me, what could be issue?

Jab engine normal temperature pa ajay phr aysa nae hota,

It's completely normal. Always press clutch when cold starting car. It will move a bit but its normal.
