Seems run over thick oil and even those on fake oil since Long.
Drain interval seems high.
Your pcv valve is having issue.
Sub-standard oil filter and air filter are in use.
Seems it has overheated various times.
Your engine has run on cold without any t-valve ever.

Also get your gaskets checked as it seems total mud revealing mixing of oil with water(Might be previous residues)
Immediately get compression test

This engine looks like it was always run cold and probably on thick oil with bad oil filter. It needs serious scrubbing though.

Yes it was running cold since long and yes on thick oil.

Yes it was not working i have changed it few days back.

Check the tappet cover fresh air intake and pcv baffles, they probably are completely closed off.

Will check and report back.

Since 2015 it has been overheated 2 times.

Yes will change the complete set of gaskits as you have told previously.

Immediately get compression test

Yes true, tomorrow will try to change the oil and then i will try to start it then will drive to Irshad, hoping for positive outcome.

Eid Mubarak, and here is the update...

What happed was that the valves were stuck open and slightly bent, causing the oil to drop in combustion chamber, i got the head rebuild and everything is fine so far.

Hoping that it remains fine

I have got it done from my old mechanic(Adnan Workshop), Currently have not yet got the breakup cost, But have spent 20-25k, Including some welding work.

Car is ok. After seal work, it is fine but only issue is coming that timing cover is touching inside pulley.
Mechanic have made remedy if it to open 1 bottom screw to prevent it.

I have closed that screw to avoid dust, dirt, water going inside it but then again they are contacting each other and once again break damaged that timing cover so I have to remove bottom screw. Reason might be it is bent

For timing belt cover you car replace it, usually it become wrapped...

Salam everyone,

Can someone help me about the wiring in engine bay, I am trying to restore its wiring but stuck in starter motor wiring. There is a 4 point relay that operates solinoid.
1 connected to battery +ve (Input)
2 connected to solinoid (Output)
3 connected to ignition coil +ve (operate/trigger)
4 connected to blue thick wire comming from harness

But self does not operate until I connect point 4 to batter -ve directly. When I did that self works and the car started.

Any idea what I am doing wrong, actually there are bunch of extra wires and relays that I have removed, and now trying to get baxk to stock.

Salam everyone,

Our Khyber's AC compressor is leaking. I had it checked and the leak is at the shaft where the compressor clutch is mounted to the compressor itself. This is its original Denso compressor that came from the factory. I need some input from you guys on what I should do with it, and btw I'm in Lahore.

The first option is to repair it which I am inclined towards, but I don't know any good AC repair shop personally. From some really old threads I got a couple options and need reviews or suggest a good shop you guys know anywhere in Lahore:
1. Punjab Car AC
2. Punjabi Car AC
3. Cool Sun
4. ( Need your input )

Second option is to buy a new compressor. From what i know only Sanden compressor is available with little support for repair and the performance is also sub par. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

In Lahore, you can try
Bashir Autos (They have branches in KHI & LHR)

My opinion to you is towards repair of its Denso original Compressor.

In case if it is ir-repairabe, then go for Sanden or Lianden A/C Compressor (Piston Type only)

Share your Khyber pictures to assess and better guidance.

I would prefer repair as well. Do you have any experience with Bashir Autos and where are they located? The car is a 1996 model. I'll try and get closeups of the compressor.
