The risk of collateral damage is too high when the ustad's chela is at work. And it is always the chelas who do the removal / dismantling.
Well about the starter motor in khyber. It is fixed only by two 12mm bolts/studs through the gear box. there are two wires connected , one is to the solenoid and other is main 12v from the battery.
To remove it you need to remove the air cleaner, remove the electrical connections (remove the battery -ve terminal first), remove the two bolts (one beneath the metal pipe going to water body is tricky) and pull it out from speedo cable side between the intake manifold and gear box.
You may need to remove heater pipes or the upper radiator hose for convenience but it can be done without it.
