I started learning photography in May 2010 with a super zoom Panasonic FZ-35. Then sold it and bought my first DSLR in Dec 2010. All i have learnt so far is from internet. There are numerous websites from which one can learn basics.
But after that .... the tricks and skills come by actually taking pics and there is no other way. Till today my average is around 1000 shots per month
For Islamabad, the distance and travelling time plus fuel expense all are less as compared to motorway. But i would still prefer motorway due to unnecessary stops on annoying toll plazas, small traffic jams in towns/cities etc. on GT road. And there will be occasional potholes on GT road as well which disturb the speed quite often.
