I am a Novice in this and all I know is through TV docs. It's so strange to ever imagine
that the stars we are seeing in night sky in reality is only a fiction. Some of the light travelled many many light years ago and reaching us now. That is Space Time..
The fact that earth is rotating at its equator at roughly 1000miles/hour and noticing the time and the Magnitude of the Vectors you drawn in your pic we can spot how far away we are from equator....amazing isnt?
