Now was the time to take a quick decision.

We had two options / ways to go to 5th lake of Sat Sar Mala from this point.

1- Go towards right bank of the lake and climb the big rocks and stones which were quite steep in angle and get to the 5th lake with this shorter route.

2- Go towards left bank of the 4th lake and use the longer route but through grass and gradual climb.

Time was short, rainy clouds over the head and friends were waiting at 2nd lake

So we went with option 1 though it wasn't looking comfortable

We started our chosen route along with the right side bank of 4th lake of Sat Sar Mala series.

The angle of climb and the size of stones and rocks

We had to pass through the two big boulders near yellow arrow.

As per the pictorial time log that i have, Hassan took last shots when we were climbing for the 3rd lake quite some time ago

While we were dealing with stones and rocks on way to the 5th lake of Sat Sar Mala, Hassan started another beautiful session of 2nd lake

When u r trekking, rain, cold weather and wind doesn't affect much.

But when u r still idle at 13,500 ft then rains makes u totally wet, wind makes u shiver and weather gets on your head

Hassan and Umair faced same situation as dark clouds approached and it started to rain with strong chilly wind.

They took refuge under a huge stone wall which acted as shelter from rain.
