After I Got It..Its Times To Check How It Looks from Inside....!! So i Reach Along With My Tools 
MASHALLAH The Internal Condition Of Engine Is So Good..As You Can See It Below..
Timing Cover Open To Check....You Can See (y) Signal 


Cam Cover Open And Its Amazing To See Its Not Even Yellow...Its Silver 
Old Oil Deposits With Dust You Can See Stucked......!!

Intake Plenum Opened To Check ITB's Condition....Watch it Yourself How It Looks
Clean.....Isn't It ? 

Here is Horn Opened To Inspect Throttle....!!

Now Waiting For Wiring And Sensors To Arrive.....!!!
Thats what i did initially when motor arrives.....Checks and All.....!! All Seems Ok to me......!!
Wait Till Day 3 appears...
