U know @shahbaba007 I have a special place in my heart for LJs. When I was in 1st year, one of my friends bought an abandoned LJ for Rs 30k. All he did was re upholster the seats and fit the transfer case to activate 4x4. Didn't even give it a paint job and ran on bald tyres. It used to carry us 5 or 6 large framed guys around with ease.
What really impressed me was the incident when one day my friend took the LJ into a rice paddy filled with water with 6 ppl onboard and the LJ navigated through with ease. Yes, the 4x4 was engagded
