Shallow Subwoofer with Enclosure

i am also searching for such a product and found this ^ one in rwp saddar,i have total 10'' space in between rear seats and cng cylinder whereas woffer is about 11.5'' at base:( and price is 13k.

this is ts-swx310.

I personally have this enclosure and trust me it's a great solution,deep bass and it can get loud if you give it something like 60hz off the head unit.Madhouse12 heard one in my car and that too on a 60 watt RMS per channel amp.This sub can take around 250 watt RMS...go for it (Y)

p.s i got mine used for around 9k from Jumbo Electronics near panorama,Lahore.

Thanks brother. But one more question in my Mehran the space between cng cylinder and spare trues is approximately 9inch. Would it produce bass if placed horizontally. Or I'll have to put it vertically the way it's shown in pic.

there wont be a problem with the bass produced. and like i said u wont find 10 or 8" subs here easily let alone shallow ones

Pioneer TS Sw2541D do the great job...!
I heard it playing in IB configuration, response is out of this world,quiet decent bass

Now one question remains in mind and that is, would it boom like usual if placed horizontal instead of being placed vertically. As the space between CNG cylinder and Back seat is not as per the specs of this shallow mount.

pioneer has a bass tube with model w310 i think. it is pretty slim and can fit in the space between the rear seat and cng cylinder. recently used it in a factory cng fitted cultus model 2010-11 and it fit pretty nicely and had a good bass as well. around 15k though

Thanks Arslan bhai for price update,i got this quotation about 3 months ago,i got my pioneer comps from sony center saddar and he provided me this woofer after a long search but the problem is i do not want the trunk of car go waste so i have decided to fit this beast in between rear seats and cng cylinder which has about 10 '' space at bottom and becomes around 8 to 9 '' on upper side whereas 310 is 11.5'' aprox at base and about 9 at top.
Will have to contact you''i think'' once i get to isloo this time,usually i come once a month.I hope you will help me regarding fitting and have to install an amp also with the help of your expertise.

I highly suspect it fitting in small car other then cultus, Alto and Mehran won't accomodate it in my opinion.

I didn't take any contact info from them. Basically I saw them at 3 shops Laser Sound, Jumbo Audio near Panorama Shopping Center and Abdullah Audio or Abdullah Music, something like that. Abdullah Audio/Music quoted 7.5K for Sony, didn't bother to ask others because I was sure it isn't going to fit in my Alto.

Will be taking my car to Laser Sound and the installer will check the space and try to fit that in. He also has shallow subwoofer without box from Pioneer, and will check with his carpenter if a custom made box can solve the problem.

Will let you know in coming week.

My cousin has bought teac te-af 1001 from Singapore , its simply amazing as it is an active sub woofer and fits in perfectly under the seat. Has any one knows if these are for sale in Lahore.
