The FAW-Besturn B30 Concept previews the new small Besturn B30. Earlier this week we saw the first spy shots. Earlier spy shots showed a very different B30, rumors say FAW’s board asked for a complete redesign and according to the new pics the real B30 will look a lot better! It is still very much a concept though, the B30 was expected to hit the market this year but that is likely postponed for at least one year. The B30 is based on the ancient P32 Volkswagen Jetta platform from the FAW-Volkswagen joint venture. And have a good look, the new concept is actually a four-door.
Engines: 1.4 and 1.6, both from Volkswagen. Price will range from 70.000 yuan to 100.000 yuan.

The Neora EV concept, which made a partial appearance at last year’s EVS25 in Shengzhen, was fully unveiled today in Shanghai by the joint venture of Dongfeng Motor and Taiwan’s Yulon Motor. It is on display alongside three other Luxgen "intelligent EV models": electric versions of Luxgen MPV, SUV and CEO.
Propelled by an electric motor of a maximum power output exceeding 180kW, the 1600kg Neora can reach a top speed of 150km/h and achieve a 0-100km/h time of 6.5 seconds. Its battery pack can be recharged to 80% of full capacity in just an hour. With four people on board and running at 100km/h, it can cover 400 km on one a full charge.
The Greatwall Tengyi C70 (English name: Voleex C70) is Greatwall biggest sedan so far, it is ready for production and will be listed later this year. Engines: 1.5 turbo and 2.0 mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox or a six-speed tiptronic.
The Guangzhou Auto Trumpchi sedan debuted at the Guangzhou Auto Show in December 2010. Guangzhou Auto now brings a full electric R-Trumpchi to the Shanghai Auto Show. It got electric hub motors in all four wheels with a combined power of 166 kw and a huge 1650 nm of torque.
The Hyundai Elantra is made in China by the Beijing-Hyundai joint venture in Beijing. The Elantra debuted at the 2010 Beijing Auto Show and gets a face-lift barely one year later. Biggest difference is up front with sharper lines and more chrome in the much bigger grille.
