R u sure Duk 1 & Duk 2 are on another trek? I think there is only 1 trek from Dimail Bala to Chitta Katha & these Duks are 2 points on this same trek (although m not 100% sure)

i wish to trek to lunda lake and chitta katha lake in Ist week of july this summer. chitta katha trek is well known now a days, but much more is required to get informed about lunda lake trek.So please do inform me about the subject and please advise whether Ist week of is july is suitable to trek to chitta katha.

I came to know about Neelum Valley in start of 2010 that it is one of the most beautiful valleys of Azad Kashmir. So I decided that my 2010 trip shall be of Neelum Valley. Since then it was my dream to Visit this hidden pearl with my wife. So in start of this Ramzan, I started planning an eid family trip to Sharda. For this I also booked a room at Sharda Tourism Rest House. All the planning was complete & every thing was ready till second day of eid when due to a domestic reason the whole situation changed. Changed situation required either to drop the idea of this trip or make it solo. First option was not in my cards so I made it as SOLO......yes.......Solo trip to Sharda (Neelum Valley). Am working on pics & will share pics & details very soon.

We are planning to visit Sharda next week. Would you like to help about the Route and selecting a family hotel/guest house, jeep Rates etc

Dear the only place in Sharda worth family living is Sharda Tourism Rest House, its beautifully located & reasonable maintained. Explore Sharda- u'll love its Beauty. If possible, goto Taobutt & arangkel - u'll b stunned. Regarding jeep- i travelled on pub tpt so no idea...
Haan Kel say Taobutt & Shounter jeeps ply daily many a times (passengers & booking both options available)

I'm also deliberating about it. Will either go to Neelum Valley / Sharda, or to Shogran / Naran.

Guys,

It would be great if you could take out some time and post the condition of route here, once you reach Neelum Valley.

Im planning to stay at Muzaffarabad one night, then leave my car there and take Jeep from Muzaffarabad straight to Keran.
From Keran we'll make day trips to Kel, Sharda and Arang Kel. One day for Sharda and the other day for Arang Kel

Im thinking that there might not be a suitable place for parking my car at Athmuqaam ? And finding a jeep there might also be difficult...

Thoughts ?
