motorway: ~18km/kg without AC
best so far i got on motorway was 19.8km/kg

car was on almost empty tank, i added rs 500 fuel in it to test how much it goes, rest the odo, it gives me 48km with it in city without AC almost 8-9 km/l

You can't calculate the actual fuel consumption by above mention method!

The easy way to calculate is to just fill your tank and drive for about 50 kms and then fill it again. The fuel which filled later is consumed in those 50kms. Do little math of kms dived by liter you will get per litter kms.

The fact is, Prius is made for fuel efficiency, and it delivers its promise. After reading all these posts, I have not seen a 1.3L Pakistani car average more 15km/L. So, a 1.5L Prius within city average is 20km/L.

I love my Prius and I wish Indus motor brings in real technology to Pakistan rather than just selling sub standard cars. We are energy starved country, we need alternate technology. Rest of the world is heavily spending on alternate fuels and technology. Look around, companies introducing electric vehicles, hybrids. But how unfortunate for Pakistanis that we have to place a CNG cylinder (I would say a live bomb) in our cars and risk our lives.

Wow. Look at that. I never thought Prius was that economical

Cuore 2007. 50 litre cylinder.. 220 km w/o ac within the city 275-280 km on motoways 16km/litre w/o ac within the city 22-23 km/litre on motoways best so far 331 km on cng from isb-lhr motorway.. all these figures are on light footed driving at 100 km/hr on motorways

CNG cylinder a live bomb sitting in cars & buses. Many lives at stake in and outside of the vehicles. Just had a bad incident this morning in Karachi, CNG cylinder blast at filling station.

Hi everyone, I drive a Toyota Utility Vehicle called Tamaraw and it is powered by a N.A. 2C diesel.

I recently loaded-up 24 Liters of diesel and I got 156km out of it, I mostly drive city and A/C on.

That seems to be too much of a consumption at 6.5km = 1liter
