Today i was at defence club but then all of a sudden we planned for pizza hut DHA Y BLOCK about 20mins before Iftar. I was against pizza hut decision and i knew there will be no place for us. We went there around 6.20pm and about 3/4 area was free. They charged us 2203 Rs for 3 persons which is 735 per head. We gave him 2250Rs and there was no return, so it was 750/head. Service was pathetic again like it was last year but this time it was more pathetic, we had to wait about 10min for a slice of pizza. Pizza's were like one day old, only few last slices had melted cheese. At 8pm they stopped giving us pizza's after waiting about 20mins i called their manager and he said sir our limit has exceed you cannot get more pizza's now. Well after listening to this we all were like what the hell is this ? .. i asked the manager that are u ppl giving us for free or we have not paid you ? After having little argue they gave us one pizza and another pitcher but then we had no mood to eat because what happened with us was just disgusting.
Advice for all don't think about going to Pizza hut again and even there pizza's are not anymore tasty. Full of Crust like you re having a chicken bread. Pasta n Pizza,Pizza Time,Defence Club,Gino are a lot better then Pizza Hut. ! by watching current service of pizza hut i would say they should pack up there business.
