in start of your business make sure that your workmen are honest with their work and they should learn from their mistakes and listen to customers, it would be v v helpful for you to promote your business. and make this practice fixed for your work forever. this will give you not only mental satisfaction but also lot of customer...

also make a list of your customers, remind them monthly or fortnightly about re-washing/ re-servicing their vehicle through emails or sms etc etc and take customer feedback after a week or two of your work for any car. build a better customer relation. then In-sha-Allah your business will grow

i think a better way to help a growing business is by giving them constructive feedback on the quality of the work they do. overlooking the shortcomings of a business which aims to cater to a niche market by offering professional services is not doing them any good. people who want them to work on their cars dont want their cars to be used as a learning ground for novices. when you are in a business such as this, you should have properly trained people from the word go.

and treating prospective customers as "good for nothing" is certainly not the attitude anyone will agree with. if you dont want people to judge/criticize/give feedback on your work, dont publish it on an open forum.

i said what i saw. infact everyone saw that. if you dont want people to point out your mistakes so that you can fix them, you shouldnt be posting a thread on an open forum. when i saw the ad, i wanted to give you guys a try. i even asked you what products do you use. but i i am sorry to tell you that with this attitude of yours, you have lost a potential customer.

by the way kindly enlighten me how you differentiate between a professional and an expert.? i am not spoiling your thread but with ur attitude, you sure are spoiling it.

this is the part i was talking about. i understand that the mudguard can not be cleaned because of the issue you mentioned. but whats your excuse for this? you know your guy missed it out so instead of admitting it, you are saying that we are leg pulling and are good for nothing?

i 100% agree with you,i personally have seen some flaws but did not point out intentionally considering them as ''starters on these forums''(not saying starter in this field),i do not argue about their previous experience if they were master or not and i did not intend to quote you.
And reading lateral post by shinemyride i too feel potential customers should be dealt with respect,i personally do not like their "repeated EXCUSE ME"

well there you go. you did not notice it but everyone else did. car washing is "detailing" business. my point here is that if you do not notice such things and your customers or potential customers do, then it wont be good for your business. if you are showing these pictures as an example of how you do work, then my friend you are not giving a good example. and again, its not called leg pulling, it is called a brotherly advice or constructive criticism.
