and you mention - investigation.. what investigation? - the cops who should be doing it would close the case with a few currency notes.
In reality - the law should be that if you hit a loaded school bus - your fine would go into six figures along with siezure of vehicle. It actually happens in other countries.
case here is that there was no school bus - there was a wooden frame ricksha. Any law cannot be exercised and even if it were a bus the law wont be applicable because the cops are hired to protect politicians only.
deeper level into the case is that - its within punjab - almost everyone with a car is tied to the military or the govmint - no case will ever be made, infact the cops will refuse to confirm any incident like this ever happened in the last 10 years.
