Short Trip to Neelum Valley in Off Season

Travelling from Murree to Muzaffarabad via Bhurban Road. It turned out to be a wrong decision to travel via this road as it is very narrow and slippery. Had a small accident on this road but there was no major loss, Alhamdulillah.

Bhurban road is very good although it is narrow.
the other road via Lower topa, is in very bad shape.

Yes, the road ahead of Muzaffarabad was awesome. easily comparable to the Balakot-Naran road.

Thanks a lot. At daytime, it was cold in Keran but not chilling cold. At night, it was obviously very cold. We felt cold in blankets and had to wear jackets/sweaters while sleeping. Even then we were feeling cold.

Bhurban road is very good although it is narrow.
the other road via Lower topa, is in very bad shape.

The road from Lower Topa is okk now, a few bad patches only.
The road from Bhurban is in very good shape and the route is also shorter but its so narrow at some places that it becomes difficult for two cars to cross. Also, it is steep and the material is slippery which makes it more dangerous. Vitz has great brakes but it slipped a lot of times while applying brakes. Same was the case with cultus.
