Should I buy a Cultus or restore one from scratch?

I need some advice from you guys. I'm thinking about buying a Cultus, but I want to discuss whether I should buy a model from 2005-2008 or get a 2001 model and restore it to my liking.

If I listen to my heart, I want to restore one because I can customize it the way I want instead of buying one from someone else.

Can someone tell me what I should do, which option would cost more, and which decision is best for me?

As in take it apart and redo complete with 100% new genuine suzuki parts?

These suzukis are so neglected i believe even if he buys an 08 he would have to redo almost everything,

The restores i used to see were “made in china” stuff installed because “jenwin mehengaa hai”

Then the owner was usually seen cursing himself.

How far do you want ?
Have you started searching for a car ?
What kind of bodywork repair etc would you prefer ??
Patch work or changing the whole panel/part ??
What about the mechanical works ??
Do you want an engine swap ??
Do have a Mechanic & denter to start working on this project for you ??

They just neglect on maintenance work etc until it's all piled up and cost a lot then they'll sell it to let the next owner deal with it !!

Old cultus parts are not that expensive but some people would deliberately buy the cheap part that wears out quickly,

With Alto old model owners just don't change there shock absorbers until it becomes dry hard & damages the strut tower itself,
A lot of old alto have these repaired that to cheaply !!

Brother it would better if you buy a car which is clean. No matter the model if carby or efi is not an issue.
By clean car i mean its not accidental. Accidental cars can be repaired but very less people in pakistan can do it properly. 2nd see the Engine bay, if you see lots of extra wires, jugaads done with wires. Stay away. Sometimes there are issues in car wiring phr mechanics ko smjh he ni ate aur ap ksi issue ki wja se khuwar hote rehte ho.
So find a genuine or near to genuine non accidental car. Find a car with very less wiring jugaads in engine bay. Baqi engine condition jitne ache ho utna behtar hai. But engines can be build.

Be optimistic... Pakistan is Alhamdolillah a great country with great people.
Here you can buy 70's Car in pretty bad condition and make it newly built and run again on road by treating/ modifying/ restoring it as per your liking, budget and choice.

Here you will find amazing mechanic/ denter/ painter/ Electrician/ Suspension specialist who will show your their jugar, some will show their talent, some will show skills, some will express their craftsmanship, some will make you fool while at the same time, there are such honest guys who will charge you so reasonable that you will be surprised so YOU CAN BUY ANY CAR AND RESTORE OR MODIFY OR TREAT AS PER YOUR CHOICE.

Cultus is a good car for this and you can easily redo it and have a chance to learn, to do experiment and most amazing... experience of seeing people reality..
