i m using Go launcher EX in which u can use that 3d barrel with swipe ...it's very good launcher if u notice there are three tabs for apps..recent apps and running apps which comes in handy ...don't need to use any task manager ...

kernel is glitch kernel V12 medium leakage and it's specially written for cm7/miui just like dark core customized for dark'y rom ...so i don't think that it will support darky's ...

as for tapatalk u hv to first configure ur forum account in tapatalk and then go to homescreen/add widgets select tapatalk ...from there u can select ur specific account configured on tapatalk ....
