Sidewall Tyre Puncture - Brand new tyres

i do believe this tire is new and fresh..

what i also believe is that someone has purposely damaged the tire with a pointed object, such as a needle... this someone might be the punture-wala themselves or someone doing it behind my back at the parking...

does anyone have a similar experience with puncture-walas?

Are you sure you are running the ref. pic tyre size (245/75R16) in city :S or is it just reference pic?

Anyways i don't think some tyre wala will do such thing unless you owe him some money :). You can check the tyre from inside might get some clue.

how do i know from inside? i did look from inside.. it was smooth and clean

only the water bath bubble test showed there is a hole... otherwise the punctures were not visible at all, either from inside or outside

Without application of heat how will the sticker vulcanize with tyre?

There is no need for vulcanization,because it cures itself after ages.
