Some performance upgrades in my Cultus Carb DIY

lighten the flywheel and free flow the exhaust pipe with stock exhaust tip in the end...u will get double what you are looking for

But how can I lighten the flywheel? (A)
Moreover doing these kind of mods on a 3 cyl engine that has clocked 2 lac+ km?
Is it worth it?

normally fly wheel weight around 10kg.....reduce the weight of it(even 1 kg do matter alot)...and less power will be used from engine to spin it...and you will get less power lose .....and in the end more power on wheels

mods i told you wont cost you more then 1k...so its worth to try it...let the engine live 1s again

My khyber with every thing stock excpt
GT Coil n plugs
is giving max 90km on full cylinder fills up mac 380rs or smtimes 390 max
car runs on ac all the time
is the mileage m getting good or not?
do these mod effect mileage?

@turbo_charge: I get it that it is called breather filter. You also mentioned that hot gases and oil vapors are exhausted from crankcase. I am confused and pls guide me. Is not exhaust system of engine is responsible to throw each gas and stuff like that outside from the engine or the breathing system you are speaking about is kind of mini exhaust system of the engine?
I have new Mehran with 21,000 KM. Is it wise to upgrade all the things like stock battery, ignition coil, cables, cold air intake, breathing filter etc?
If I go for step by step as I am in short of money Can I start from installing air breather in it?

it is indeed can break it secondly not practical as ur car wont climp if you take it to uphill areas though ull end up burning the clutch disc

wires n plugs wont be an issue,carby intake is easier to fit ,but the cone air gives u a really good experience,
as turbo_ charge aka umair did in his diy,u can copy it

Well still such intake system is unpractical thing cant get maximum mileage from it

u can take an example of Human exhaust system.....:P. and breather is of no use widout cold air intake.. go for plugs and wires wid bigger dia...
