Also, the EXUP valve is located in the exhaust mid pipe collector and is not affected with the installation of a performance exhaust canister only.

You might lose some of the mid-range torque but you will gain some extra hp on the high rpm range.

An install like this usually takes twenty minutes although you still may have to adjust the carburetor main and pilot jets to compensate for the higher air flow.

In other words, leave it the way it is;)

I would not be able to justly tell whether ZXr250 is better or CBR250 is better than FZR250. All the bikes are almost equal in their performance, what remains is how much the machine has been taken care of. A brand new YZF250 if wrecked badly, would be worse than my oldie FZR.

Well buddy I tried the speed only once and took it upto 160kp last year, it could still go on but the road conditions on my side don't allow doing it every other day, so I havn't thought of improving it.

I like that 400 of yours. I know the exhaust stuff a bit and I am not gonna do any kind of modification to the bike. Losing the lower end power on a sport bike is no fun.

The exhaust canister is a custom item as it uses the stock canister dimensions but instead of stainless steel, it's been wrapped in carbon fiber.
The higher volume of this canister added to a deeper sounding exhaust.

bro yesterday i rode a fzr 250 1992 model and a ZX-2r 1994...no offense bro but the kawasaki felt a lil smoother in accelration (this is only my opinion)

You must be right. I have also heard praises of ZX2R. However I have also heard few air intake pipes issues, you know the pipes go through the fuel tank? However the styling of ZX2R is real impressive, I agree.
