believe what harismahmood is saying. I used a real-time sound analyzer and found out why i wasnt enjoying my music was because of cancellation in the 75-80hz bass range. Culprits are the rear 6x9 speakers.
You are a music lover. I am too, I put rear speakers in my ride first alongwith stock front speakers, i really didnt enjoy it. Then i put some nice components up front and now im enjoying the music more than ever.
IF you dont want components then you could go for coaxial speakers up front, eg. Pioneer TS-A1684R but you'll have to find them first. Or you could put in any 2-way or 3-way coaxial speakers.

From my own bad judgement calls i learnt:
- good front speakers that can give front bass soundstage are a must. Definitely more important than rear 6x9 speakers.
- Put the same type of speakers all around, that way its less of a hassle to tune the system and avoid cancellation issues.
