I opened the hood of my car recently and saw that my engine coolant is leaking from the upper radiator hose and also from a smaller hose that(i think) goes from the radiator to the transmission(maybe the transmission fluid cooler line)..The leak is near the clamps that connect the pipes to the hoses..Around 6-7k kms ago i drained the previous osaka coolant and replaced it with caltex coolant but didnt disconnect the pipes or the thermostat..My car still has oem constant tension clamps that come from factory..Car is a 08 Honda civic 8th gen..Its losing coolant and im quite worried..Any guidance as to what shuld i do???

I think, apply grease on hose pipes inner side and fit them properly. There shouldn't be any leakage if the pipe is not damaged. Greasing is effective.

How exactly was it done? Can it be done on a pkdm swift? Anything else you can tell me?

Applying grease will still not address the real underlying issue. Leakage may clearly indicate damage if fitment is proper and checked.

Agreed and I think any one can suggest better after physical inspection of the leak.

The pipe hasnt been removed once since i bought it..usually people say that the clips holding the pipe weaken with time as im still on oem clips not the screw tight aftermarket ones!

As my swift has single bulbs on each side , their angle is adjusted via assembly stick for high and low and that function is processed through a motor.
But in your car I saw a switch with numericals from 1 to 6 for separately adjusting headlights, just like the switch in jdm alto or jdm mira es.
I wanted to ask , can that system be installed in a pkdm swift? And if yes where can I get it and for how much?

Here I am attaching few pictures for future reference for all the fellows.
That includes resistance values of pioneer head units.
