After couple of days I felt some noise from wheels. . . Oh ***t what's this now ?

Noise coming out of wheels.
When I checked it. It was faulty wheel bearings.

And the reason was that when the mechanic changed the studs. He hammered them to take out. And that was the reason for bearings noise.

Because the car wasn't stable (on high speeds) either so I decided to take off those 1/2" spacers and in the process I changed the studs back to original and also had to replace a hub

For some time I sticker to the stock configuration but but then decided to put spacers. But this time I wanted a better output
My concerns were
1. No stud change
2. Smooth uniform surface spacer
3. Hub centric spacer
4. NO more than 5 mm spacer

I went to the lathe machine guy and told him about my requirement.
He suggested me to buy a 5 mm aluminium sheet and then we will cut round spacers out of it

I took the measurements for my requirements.
And they were to made 4 round spacers each 6.1 inch diameter

Then I went to city Saddar Road Rawal Pindi and bought a piece 12 inch x 15 inch
And ask him to cut it in two so that it becomes easy for me to lift it in hand

Then I marked the centre points for four round discs

These spacers seem quite fine, why do u think the car had vibrations at high speed

Then I cut them in round shape

After cutting four pieces in round shape I put hole in the centre of them

And bolted all four discs together with a nut bolt
The nut now worked for me to hold them from the centre to work on them on lathe machine

Holding from the centre bolt the were machined to a polished round shape from out side

Then we marked a circle of 114.3 mm diameter on the disc

114.3 mm in Honda PCD

And on the marked circle 5 positions for nut holes were marked at precisely measured equal distance on the 114.3 mm circle

I have to say it again the the above picture is all four 5 mm spacers/ discs together. How ever they are looking as one piece but the are 4 pieces on one an other

Then all five drills were done without opening centered bolt.
