No need to email them, there are recalls mentioned on the website, you can take the car to a Honda showroom and ask them to replace it in the recall

There is no advert for it. Check forums. There are threads regarding this issue. There are 3 known faults in the starting 2016-2017 civic x, ac coil leak, steering box noise, and axles going bad. All were done under warranty
AC evaporator wasn't recalled. Only steering rack was addressed as quality claim.
so any solution for evaporator replacement??
I believe take it to reputable AC shop in market. Ask them options.
If repair not possible then get after market new one
well dealer gave me assurance it will address in quality claim. he was surprised why HPCl rejected the claim. genuine replacement cost 31000 both in local and 3S.
