today i went for service for civic turbo and one worker just told me sir turbo ka engine nhi wash kerty sensors hotin hain and i personly wash my both car a5 2018 and turbo 2017 both turbo engine is this wrong to wash turbo engine never faved any problem in a5 since 2 years and almost 1 month having civic turbo so please clear my confusion am i doing wrong ?

No issue. You may wash with moderate flow water . Let it dry completely.

I occasionally do it for last 3 years.

ANYONE know how much honda charged for gear oil and tuning and brack oil for civic turbo and is it okay if i use any other engine oil brand and if yes kindly name some best performence oil for civic turbo 2017 there is no need but just for peace of mind
and recently i am facing some tack tack sound coming from front right side wheel when i turn right at slow speed like 10
kmh 8kmh and no sound at high speed and it occasionlyy start giving tack tack sound while turning right not all the time

No idea about the charges.
You can use any brand of oil, but it has to be 0w-20 fully synthetic oil. I use Total.
Get your car checked asap, seems the axle boot is damaged and the sound is coming from CVT joint.

UAE has dusty environment too, AUDI donot wash the engine bay, they just use compressed air.
Its better to be safe than sorry, so why wash.
