Snowfall near Ali Malik Top - (Satpara Top) 23 of June
It was a rare scene for us and totally unexpected to witness snowfall at this time of year. But because it was Deosai ... So, Deosai, Deomalai.... Very very astonishing experience.
At that point two opposite feelings were gathered when snowfall started. Drivers were reluctant to go further and at one moment we were very disappointed to being blocked and making us unable by weather to cross Deosai. The driver of 2nd Jeep with @versitian group was bit aggressive and had an issue with @versitian team because his front screen viper got broke and when that team complained he got angry and so n so ... But we make them cool and prepared them to go further when weather becomes clear. Our Jeep driver (as he was also arranged by that 2nd Jeep driver) was like a puppet in 2nd jeep driver's hands sometimes. Although we managed to cover him, and alone, he was very cooperative with us. I think, in-fact 2nd Jeep driver was not agree to cross Deosai. (There was many reasons for their benefit but returning back could ruined our remaining trip). We convinced our Jeep driver to go further and then the 2nd one also had to agree. And by the grace of ALLAH PAK we did it. During all this tour we found our Jeep driver very helpful and cooperative).
Thoughts ....
All in this tour we agreed upon this conclusion :
If there are two separate teams even on same route and same days, they must travel in their own pace. Even if their drivers want to travel together, but their are many odds along with benefits. ( As we were agree to stay at night at Bara Pani and we had our sleeping bags and gas stove. But that was packed in 2nd Jeep. But when we got a wildlife Camp to stay at night the 2nd Jeep had left Bara Pani. and we had to leave also. ALLAH PAK ki marzi)
