Firstly, congrats on the purchase.

Second, when you "doubled" the cable it would've only made a difference if it was raw cable since it would mean a higher stand count.See what's the difference between a 8 gauge and 4 gauge wire on Google.So basically the way you've wired your amp means it's two separate power wires hooked up to the amp and since current travels through the path with least resistance it will only pass through one cable making the other one useless.

Ohh basically atm i didnt fined any better quality wire than this, so this was the only idea came to my mind for betterment but no they were not connected sepratly, both ends of wire are merged with each other and then clipped and hooked to amp and battery !! However will surely upgrade this soon thanks for the correction bro (y)

Ahan ? But on box its max power is mentioned as 2200 not 1700 ( talking abt max not rms )
Thanks bro ,!! Yes they sound preety good, they are not orignal but best copy its built quality is alsoo much good hooked them with 4ch rockmars amp and they performed well !! Btw now they are up for sale add posted in sellers/buyers section
