The electrical support..

2 alternators..a 55 amp stock and a 90amp Mitsubishi pajero

2 lead acid batteries..65ah for running cars electricals and 4 channel amp and a 100ah dedicated for mono

0 gauge cable from alternator to battery
0 gauge for grounding

Room inside the car to play with.

stripped it to bare metal

cleaned the area, closed all holes and cracks (its a 42 year old car, remember?) and glued a thick plastic sheet..

Added a layer of an underlay..

Wrapped it all by carpet

everything was pasted using samadbond by me in my garage.

Rear seats were removed for the sake of having more space as they were never used. Area where the batteries are placed was concealed by a plank where the amps will be placed. over this plank the floor made of 1inch MDF was rested supported by wooden blocks.

Enclosure specs, design, making and everything else ...

Since I wanted to have the best output from the enclosure and everyone else recommended that Spl guru be consulted so I met him and he designed the box for my 2 15" CVs and boy it bangs:-P

Enclosure specs

? Made from 1" MDF
? volume : 4.5 cubic foot
? tuned frequency : 36Hz
? Dimensions : 36"24"18"
? port : 68 sq. inch
? cross braced
? Inner corners angled at 45? and insulated with glass fibre resin
? Double baffled
? Subs flush mounted
? Rounded corners

Making for the box at carpenters..

Bought two 4*8 feet 1"MDF sheets

sheets cut and box assembly begins
