thanks and ofcourse there's a lot more to be done. well to be honest the system wasn't tuned when i made the videos and tuned the system yesterday but the sound got worse then before. the subs producing too much of bass while the speakers are not producing the sound as before (speakers sound is very low). going to manually tune the system now and wait for devils_smile bro to come to Peshawar so that he can tune it for me.. i'll send you the picture of amp though (guide me then)

Use 40% gain(little higher than H point on gain knob) because ur Pre is 5v out . Don't use bass booster on amp ... Control Bands form EQ in Pre(8850) ,as for the freq knob on the amp Place it little above 60 should be good ..

Get a dimm and measure your voltage readings ASAP on idle and fulll blast (subs ruining) ..

the gain is a bit above 'H' ... secondly I've my speakers directly connected to pre so increasing the bass from pre will in turn increase the bass of speakers which i don't want! .. and I really wanted to know what does the frequency knob do cuz it has a very slight effect on the subs (or may be effect i don't know yet)

and I use the bass knob only for demos or when i'm in mood .. normally it is on 20-30% .

Tanzeel bhai 1st turn off the subs from pre and adjust the speakers.. set HPF, equalizer and all.. When you done with them then turn on the woofers.. set gain from amp, lpf to 80hz and bass boost to zero..
To set bass for woofers go in SW settings from pre and then set them..

yep did the same thing! the frequency is a lil' above 60Hz (as there is 60 and 125Hz mark) while tuning the amp I detached the bass boost cable and did the tuning and then connected it again

tweaked the hpf settings (which are 50,63,80,100,125,160 & 200Hz) but i did not really felt the difference; right now it is on 125Hz. I've increased the BBE to +4 so that it dealys the lower frequencies and boosts the higher ones

I set the equalizer in a way that the bass is low mids a bit above then normal while highs are high (not very high)

secondly sub bounce ka masla tha cuz ek woofer properly fix/sealed ni tha (air side se nikal rhi thi).. so I took it off cleared the surface and back again.. now its perfect.. next video me aap dekh lena

which side is leaking? next time u r in rwp, bring it over. there is still 1 hr work left on enclosure

so should I cover it now or not? and the leaking was of improper fitting of subs that I did (waqti taut pay) now it's almost perfect!
I'll surely let you know about the lpf/hpf settings tomorrow

1) huge amounts of air leaking from under subs.. take em out, get some double sided tape, cover the sides of the sub holes, then make some foam rings, place em on the double sided tape and screw ur subs back on tight. use all 8 screws.

2) since ur rear speakers are at the back and inbetween those and urself u have ur subs, u wont hear ur vocals very clearly. thats the reason y people opt for front speakers/comps.

3) try experimenting urself. eq, loudness, sla, frequencies and that bba, put em all at flat. switch ur sub off. put on some songs and change ur speaker freq's to what suits u best. (or arsalan bhai can tell u what setings to do but trust me, unless and until he dsnt check the setup himself, he cant give u the optimum settings) so take ur car to islamabad.

4) voltage drop was fine. not going under 12V so that means u have good electricals. still big3 wont hurt

2) well comps are coming soon as the electricals are working fine so i guess the BIG3 upgrade is enough for it now. any suggestions for comps though? how about JVC cs vs607 or any other better ones..? The thing is that i need Slim comps so they could fit in my front doors you see...!

u had tutti fruity????? i was in such a hurry warna v could have had it together..... i keep the sla flat cuz i have comps so no need to over power the sound

also i suggest u make fiberglass custom pods for the front doors like madhouse bhai made for that beetle. i saw a couple of new pods arsalan bhai was working on for a khyber when i visited his house in pindi... u can always make a crazy design for the comps... they look super cool trust me
