you are missing the point, that engine requires protection because it needs a special kind of air to operate, that air is contained in that cloth

So this "Farooq Ustad Special Engine" must require 'Farooq Ustad Special Air". I can think of only one way Farooq Ustad may be able to produce that special air. No wonder that cloth is attached with his Shalwar.
