Spots on body after putting cover over the car

Assalam o Alaikum!
Im having an issue with the body of my axio 2007.It was covered in rain and then was standing in front of sun while cover was on it.After removing cover i noticed these spots.Im really worried about it.Is there any solution.

Try white Colgate on one small.area...it will tell if compounding can help

Kindly first check by touching whether its ON THE PAINT or has it eaten thru the colour of the paint !

If its on the paint you can use some detailing product & if its gone thru then it depends on how much the depth is I think, some detailing expert will be able to help you regarding a solution.

But thats all after you have assessed the situation.

Since he noticed these after cover, could be hard water spots otherwise could be some acidic stuff inside cover. In that case it can be a permanent damage..hope that's not the case.

It was raining while i put the cover ON at night.On the next day sun came out.It was there in sun for a whole day while cover ON

Then these are just water spots...colgate should do the job...if u have proper compound available, u can try that

rain, soaked cover & sun has eroded the 'color shower' coat. you need to visit a detailing shop for solution

If eaten through..then there is just 10 % chance of complete recovery.

I think the water entered beneath the cover and instead of simply drying out or getting evaporated by the heat of the sun it somehow got "locked in" under the cover and corroded the paint.

@kamranAslam it was a parachute cover

Rain water and later to Sun, the inside rubber shield of parachute cover, should have given multiple shades to roof and side panels, plus the car colour can not hide this. Try a rubbing job along with a advise from some pro-car-painter.
