I dont understand why people (probably including the owner) are bent upon declaring it a Lexus LS430?? Its a Toyota Celsior and as such is a good car. Everywhere TOYOTA is evident on the car and probably the owner later on put LS430 name plate while he forgot to (or either couldnt) change the toyota logo.
Please the car itself is graceful and doesnt need an obvious fake re-badging. Till 2005 Lexus brand was not marketed domestically in Japan and even later Lexus LS430 was never made for Right Hand Drive Japanese market.
