Disgusting... that's the mentality of people these days. Pay anything and then be sure that noone will catch you even with a plate like this on ur car. Im sure this kind of courage not just comes from big money, you need strong political backing; esp in Sindh, this is even more prevalent.
I agree with Sharabi here, corruption is rampant in Pak, but it is at its peak in Sindh (excluding Karachi). Everything is being done on connection basis and bribing people. Most of the Govt. people comprise the ruling party 'Jayalas' which makes this situation even worse.
If people of Pak would have been more literate in English, i'm sure common people would have destroyed the car from stones/fire. This is public profanity. And more galling is the fact that someone can think that he can go scot free across city or country with a number plate like this.
