Did the trunk lid, trunk floor, rear wheel arches and rear seat under body floor.

Take out the rear parcel shelf and you will see the lack of any carpet/ sound insulation padding. Bummer.

Tight bolts? WD-40 to the rescue (H)

You dont need to remove the upper seat portion to remove the lower seat. Simply push the two white tabs at the base of the lower seat section and the seat pops up. This is what you will see.

Hsd to deal with this... EWWWW.


The rear panel is held by 2 10mm bolts at the base. Remove those and then it just the clips.

Final outcome. Even covered all the horizontal section of the trunk next to the tail lights and spare wheel ( not visible since I forgot to snap those).


Will post pictures of the damped rear seat underbody and horizontal sections in the morning.
