Actually the window motor is placed such that its end is eating up the space..... the front cover is not removable, i tried that. i came accross a couple of Infinity comps (forgot the model) that could fit. but il have to check.

can u tell me one thing? are nissan x-terra and x-trail same? cos if so, i read that some models come with a rockford fosgate system tho stock speakers do not seem to be of RF

did the inner door sound proofing........ Heck of a job

cut out the outer parts aswell... but will install them after the installation of the speakers

the mounting depth for the speakers is 2" on your car. adding a spacer might increase it slightly...

xtrail and xterra are diferent jeeps..... jsut like axio and corolla (same chassis different designs)

got the front rear speakers installed.......... the type G's and the pioneer's.

jz bhai, going to islamabad on wednesday, will do the big3 and some other electrical mods with help from madhouse.... once that is done, in will go the mono and sub

atm im dooing all the soundproofing i can of everything. being a diesel SUV, i want as little sounds from the engine bay as well

Deadening done in very nice way as well .....

Very good choice of car as well ....Make a jumbo enclosure according to parameters of sub Since you got giant trunk And oh no need to get cap ,you car alternator is huge as well

Get yourself 4 cu ft L port box tuned between 30~38hz tuning frequency and see the magic ,You will feel air like your SUV is convertible :xD

Update:

Just had a long conversation with the EX-SPL maniac (splfanatic) relating to the design of the box for the subwoofer........ and it will finally be in the car in 2 days time

Box Specs:

35"x17.5"x17.5"

4cuft net tuned to 34hz

3/4" malaysian Lasani , all screw's, resined corners from inside, 45* angled corners and double baffle, with the outer part of the box finished with potein and then paint, covered it with fabric to prevent major damage to paint

sorry bro, couldnt get in touch with Usman due to some really hectic schedule. and i think he is just in the sleep mode. we might see him back in action if there is enough competition out there..

not a problem arsalan bhai...... i shall meet with u so v can listen to both the G's and Pioneers that should go in the back doors. also the G's are being the reason for the windows not being closed fully (pods mite be needed too)
