spotted these hindu pilgrims, walking towards the volcanoes. They started their walk from somewhere in sindh. They will stay one night at chandrgup and then head towards nani mandi, hingol.

i also had seen this group but saw it on higway when going 2 hyderbad

It was windy and dusty, could not capture clear skies, I slept around 1am and the sky got clear around 2am and no one woke me up. When i woke up there were no more Stars

I guess it was a good thing you slept, but someone should have waken you up around 5am. At that time, this part of the sky would have been up towards the South, against the backdrop of Chandragup . . .

I only took 3 night shots in total before going to sleep and those were test shots ensuring everything is set up properly for the Milky Way. Unfortunately, I went to sleep around 2 AM, since it was too dusty and there was no sign of Milky Way and could not wake up on time.

this place is nothing short of a paradise for stargazers and astrophotographers...imagine a fisheye shot from that ship's deck and milkyway rising with fellow stars and their reflection in the water...
