sorry for not responding earlier due to some pressing issues. You all were kind enough to encourage me on my writing and most of you had asked me to send this to PakSuzuki. My question is will they be able to understand what I am saying? I afraid not, and it would be like….. “bhains kay agay been bajana”. But still I might send it to them.

you asked for some more. In fact the following piece I had in my mind but forgot to write earlier. You may add it to the Statement by PakSuzuki:
Quote, “We at PakSuzuki adopt the ‘Zero Defect’ quality assurance policy in our company. For that we count the number of defects in our cars and then multiply that number with Zero; this gives a Zero Defect”, unquote.
