I was having steering rack issue in my 2018 Honda Civic X which was driven 25k Kilometers till date, Car first 3 free services were availed on time. After that car was not maintained from Honda till Jan 2021, from then I was maintaining my car from Honda 3ds. When the issue of steering rack started Car warranty was over. Still I got my inspection done from Honda 3ds, they charged Approx 3300Rs on 10th August 2022 for the inspection and launched a Quality Claim to Atlas Honda.
I was sure that it will take time so I planned to get it fixed from some mechanic. On the other hand I wrote an email to Atlas Honda about the issue and I was surprised to see their response asking for Claim Number. I inquired about my claim number from the Honda 3ds Karachi and responded back to the email. Next day I got an email response to provide Car Chassis Number and my contact detail. After 2 days I got a call from Atlas Honda and they said that the part will be delivered at the end for August 2022. on 19th August 2022 the warranty advisor from Honda 3ds Karachi called me and said that the part has arrived please send your car on 20th August 2022 Saturday sharp at 9:30 AM.
I did the same and I got the whole EPS assembly replaced under quality claim.
Mine was replaced within 10 to 12 days
