CNG is a NO GO area for steermatics but I have seen people running the car succesfully on CNG but with alot of timely maintainence and care.. Detailed inofrmation on the rest can be obtained from this thread itself...

With Usman (Jaggi) posting the best ever fuel consumption of any steermatic, it was time to show how much fuel would a 1.5L L15A consume in a city like Khi.

The low fuel light came at this level:

The car was refuled at 428.3 as shown in the pic:

Since it was morning and the fuel filler meter was bathing in sunlight, I couldn't take the picture, hence a pic of the fuel receipt:

Not the best average i've recorded but this is pure 100% city driving with daily traffic jams of 15-20 minutes with the ac running. Note that the fuel used (as always) is 100% Caltex HOBC. Simple airthmetic reveals that (428.3/37.81) = 11.33km/L

My steermatic is still in hibernation so I am posting pics of Swift as far as mileage is concerned. Swift did 544 kms in 40 litres that is 13.6 kms/ltr. Not bad eh? It included city driving + M2 with AC.

The trip meter was 106.7km when the tank was filled and you can see in the picture that the car consumed 6.32 litres. The average comes out to be 16.88km/L. Now, all the variables had been constant in this week's driving: same car, same roads, same driver, same traffic, same fuel and same fuel station etc...

Beats me how could it happen (A)

Did some friendly checks with R18(prosmatic) , neck to neck up till 120 & than R18 top end is better than L15, BUT If steermatic just launch a second before reborn, than its a run of life for R18 prosmatic.
